Salam..

Setelah 2 minggu kita berniaga, ana rasa ada keperluan untuk dapatkan feedback dr customers mengenai AMoW ni. So, ana dah sediakan survey form untuk Al Maidah on Wheels untuk menu dari 2 June sampai 14 June.

Mintak antum review soalan2 dalam survey form ni sblm ana post kat facebook. (insyaAllah petang ni).

Mintak ikhwah akhwat isi borang feedback dan minta customers isi borang jugak. setakat ni, 3 orang dah isi. Komen2 adalah seperti berikut:

Menu yang diminta utk next menu:

1. Nasi kerabu
2. satay. Kuah kacang yg sedap. Nyum3. I know u guys are hardworking and experience hopefully, making satay could be possible and easy/quick

Additional feedback:

1. Quantity je yg kene improve. Choose either one; 1) Tambah quantity, stay the same price 2) Kurangkan harga, stay quantity/ or increase quantity. Baru nak tolong student name die. Kalau nk kasi mahal sket boleh je, tapi please double up you quantity, I mean DOUBLE. Baru wow!!! Kitrg baru 1st year, duet x bnyk. Kalau buat combo promo pn ok jugak, macam beli 3 murah 1 dollar ke. Please make your business grow better, Customer's always right. Thank you. Wassalam

- nasi briyani xde kuah sgt, so macam kering sikit bila mkn dgn nasi.

Sedikit feedback drpd customer. 

"I really love the food, most of the time they are very tasty. Unfortunately, there was once I found a strand of hair in my pack of food which made me kind of lose my appetite. I believe that whoever is in charge do uphold the standards in terms of cleanliness. Hence, I am still patronising and buying from you guys. Nevertheless, I think this is a really good initiative and thumbs up to everyone involved :) Syukran."

Mintak ikhwah akhwat akan lebih concern dari segi kebersihan dalam program2 akan datang, samaada utk Al maidah ataupon makanan untuk program2 kita. Contohnya, pakai gloves, cover rambut, dsb.
