Nokia 6600?

Hi,
This seems like a great little system. I'm trying to get it running
on my Nokia 6600 (S60 2ed). I start can the daemon running on my
lappy, and the bluetooth scan that amora runs finds it, but when I try
to connect to it I just get a "System error" message. Because it's
2ed, I installed the python source, not the sis, and amora does
startup when I run it, I just can't connect.

Has anyone had luck making it work on this phone? It's kind of an old
phone now.

This is really strange... I will try to test it using a Nokia 6600 and
report back.

For while, I suggest you to first pair/sync your cellphone with the
notebook using the Bluetooth manager app. Set your notebook as
'authorised' *before* running amora.

Since I don't have one Nokia 6600, I will report back the experience
of one friend.

He succeed to use amora, but it seems that he used one older version
of client (maybe 0.9, I'm not sure). I will ask you the favor to try
that, together with different versions of python (1.3.2 up to 1.4.2).

If you succeed, please report back so others can benefit from your
experience.
