What about:

- Remove the source packages from featured downloads list and add the
Debian and Mandriva package.
- Rename the Ubuntu package to
s/amora-server_1.0-0_i386.deb/amora-server_1.0-0_ubuntu_i386.deb/.
Maybe there are some unadvised Debian users downloading the Ubuntu
packages (and they aren't compatible).

I bet that Debian download count will grow exponentially after these changes ;)

It is really nice that you are visiting the project page and making
suggestions
to improve its usability.

I will comment on each of your suggestions bellow:

a) Removing the source packages is not a good idea, because S60 2ed
users need the client source tarball (I had only created a SIS for
3ed) and also because all other distributions (Gentoo, Slackware,
Debian 64bits, Suse, etc) need access to server source tarball.

Concerning Mandriva, it is already included in official repositories
(Ademar can confirm it) and Debian package is already referenced in
the wiki page 'how_to_install'.

In project's main page, I can only list up to 5 downloads (this is a
limit that I'm not aware how to change). Those 5 'slots' are filled
with:

- Amora client SIS
- Amora + dependencies SIS
- Ubuntu debian package
- Client source
- server source

b) Concerning the possible case where Debian users can be misled to
download the wrong package, pay attention that not only the Debian
Etch is referenced in the wiki page 'how_to_install' as also the
download labels make clear what each package/file is for. When you
have a spare time, visit:
http://code.google.com/p/amora/downloads/list

I can understand that its a bit frustrating that Debian etch download
count is low, but we can't change the fact that most of Debian Etch
installations are for servers and *not* for desktop/notebook users
(you, Thiago, being the happy exception in the rule...).
:-)

I can add that up until now I don't have received any message (both in
user group or in personal e-mail) or comment (the wiki
'how_to_install' page accepts comments) of a frustrated Debian user
that had gave a try in the Ubuntu package without success.

Best regards

Adenilson
