O-Week Festival stall will be held by the Amnesty Griffith University Time: 10am - 3pm more info at below.
Time for meeting; 13th of February Wednesday letter writing starts 5.30 to 6.00
then meeting starts 6.00 to 7.30 pm

Note; We were going to change meeting date to first week of the every months but Ezzat not available to open MFO we are keeping same date as we did last year.

As part of our O-Week 2019 , we are inviting not for profit organisations and community groups who are looking for student volunteers to have a stand free of charge as part of our O-Week Festival. The festival will see the introduction of amusement rides, live performance stage, clubs and societies, business stalls and volunteer section all in one place.
Anticipated Attendance Numbers:
Monday 18 Feb – 2000
Tuesday 19 Feb – 1500
Details:
Date: Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 February. You can book for both or 1 day only
Time: 10am - 3pm.
Location: Athletics Track (G44) as part of our O-Week Festival
Equipment Provided:
1 x Trestle table with cover
2 x Chairs
1 x Velcro receptive backboard
1 x Sign with name on it
