Join us for the Speak Truth To Georgia Power Rally! #SpeakTruth2GAPower, to tell the Georgia Public Service Commission & Georgia Power that we the people call for clean affordable energy and environmental justice in our communities across Georgia!
We will gather for the #SpeakTruth2GAPower Rally on April 8th at 11:30 AM outside the 1st Public Hearing on Georgia's 2019 Energy Plan across the street from GA Public Service Commission at Atlanta City Hall.
The Georgia Energy Planning Process which occurs only every three years is our best chance to win clean affordable energy and climate justice in Georgia. In the 2019 process we finally see a real opportunity to move our state in the right direction and have Georgia do its part to prevent a global climate crisis.
Transit & Parking: We recommended people to take MARTA, Georgia State Station is about 1/3 mile walk away. For those driving there is paid parking nearby behind Trinity United Methodist Church, the GBA South Parking Deck next to Liberty Plaza, and some street parking.
