Hello friends,

I hope this message finds each of you doing well in SLC, and carries warm greetings from your Amnesty International Field Organizer in San Francisco!

Last October we saw some great energy around reviving the SLC chapter of Amnesty, Local Group 615. It seems as if that has slowed down a bit, but I'm committed to getting a group up and running again! Here are a couple of things you can do to help:

(1) Let me know if you'd like to get active with Amnesty in Salt Lake City! We will need a cohort of folks committed to making it happen.
(2) Volunteer to help Amnesty raise awareness and gather petitions at the U2 concert on May 24.
(3) Attend an event on May 23 with Amnesty's new Immigrants' Rights Coordinator, Amalia Greenberg Delgado.
