[AMN107] Toxicity

Is anyone out there on a smaller dose than 400mg? I have had to stop the drug for the time being, as it seems to be too toxic for me. My consultant is away till next week, so I had no-one to ask for advice.

                 Feeling very despondent about it. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Dear Anjana

     Thankyou for your message.I will only be able to contemplate going back on the AMN 107, if Novartis allows me to take a much-reduced dose, as the 400 mg is much too toxic, and I have had to stop taking it until I go bak to Newcastle next Wednesday. Keep in touch and I will let you know what happens.
