Plan to furnish the floor

Dear Executive Members

Now I am planning to furnish the Ashram's Mud floor to Redoxide floor which will become problem in rainy season. It will cost about Rs.5,000/- to Rs.6000/- including material and labour charges. If you are all agree to support with this then i will proceed it. Waiting for your earlier response. And also i have already courier the appointment letter to the concerned person.
