Dear all,

 

Next Monday we will be heading to VCH for our SYF Rehearsal.

 

Here's the schedule for the day.

 

2:30pm - Gather at Choir Room for stretches and warm up (Miss Chen)

2:50pm - Prepare to board bus @ Foyer

3:00pm - Board bus, travel to VCH

3:30pm - Arrive VCH, prepare at hall entrance

3:45pm - Begin 2-hour rehearsal

5:45pm - Rehearsal ends, get ready to board bus back to AMKSS @ area outside VCH

5:55pm - Board bus, travel to AMKSS

6:45pm - Arrive AMKSS (factoring peak-hour traffic)

 

Your possessions can be kept in the Choir Room, but if you would prefer to depart from VCH (of which you need to submit a parent-written letter to request for permission), do bring along all your belongings.

 

Please take care of your health and do everything you can to be present on Monday. Getting an MC will mean you miss out on a very important step for SYF Preparation.

 

This rehearsal is compulsory. If you have extra lessons / after school activities, please alert me so that I can request for you to be excused from them from your respective teachers.

Before we release the reh dates/times to you, please note the following:

 

• Booking hours range between half hour to 8 hours blocks
• Hourly rates: $100 per half hour, $200 per hour, $400 per 2-hours, etc
• Piano usage: $200 per booking per school (in spite of same conductor)
• No rehearsal / piano sharing between schools is allowed (in spite of same conductor)

 

We have allocated 23 Feb 09 from 3.45pm to 5.45pm for your school's SYF choir reh.

 

E-invoice No. CHB 0076 has been submitted and a printed copy of it will also be faxed to your school.

 

Please liaise and ensure that MOE furnishes the payment by 19 Jan 2009 so as to avoid losing your booking date.
