Hello, 

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Information Technology Engineer degree (or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IAM service implementation.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): Management agent development, policies, workflows, and synchronization rules.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Identity Management, Authentication and Access Systems. 

• Comprehensive experience with IAM technologies such as Provisioning, Federation, Role/Entitlement Reviews, Multi Factor Authentication and Access Management. 

 

 

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience in managing identity lifecycle processes (JML) across complex environments.

• Experience with identity governance platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.

• Experience working with HRIS integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.

• Demonstrated scripting experience for task automation(PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent knowledge of English (French highly valued) - written and spoken.

The mission shall start asap, at the latest by 01.11.2025. 

Occupancy 80 to 100% until end of 2025, renewable in 2026
