This is to share with you that NaviSite India Pvt Ltd (a Time Warner Cable Company) is initiating the campus hiring program named as “Campus to Corporate 2012” and with reference to the same, this is to share few details on the same. We are initiating the campus recruitment of B.E/B.Tech/MCA graduates of 2011-12. We look forward to your support in recommending suitable candidates as per details given below.
Candidates should have graduated in the year 2011-12 with a consistent academic performance of 60% & above, SSC onwards till end of graduation/post graduation.
Courses
1. B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology & Electronics & Communication
2. B.C.A
3. M.C.A
In case a candidate has 0-6 months of working experience, even such candidates would be considered under Trainee Category.
Selection Process

2. Last date of receiving the resume is EOD Tuesday, 28th August 2012. Resume should have a latest passport size picture attached.
3. Resumes will be short listed based on the criteria’s covering academics, project details, flexibility to 24* 7 environment
4. Delhi/NCR Candidates will be preferred
5. Those offered will be required to join 2 - 8 weeks of selection. Not joining at given date will be treated as rejection

Fresher’s hired at Navisite are deployed to various roles in the organization. Technology hire will find opportunities in:
§ Infrastructure Management (Unix, Windows, Helpdesk, NOC)
§ Application Hosting Services (DBA Services, Oracle apps, Web Services, Exchange
§ Sales/ Account Management
Selected candidate will be offered of stipend for initial 6 months. They will be put through initial training of 6 months & will be entered to the permanent payroll of the company only after successful completion of the training. They will be required to sign a service bond to be into service for minimum 2 years, Details around service agreement will be shared upon request.
