How are you all doing? Please forward this mail to all your friends
and colleagues who are working on ERP projects. This is with regards
to my research work. Since, now all of you are in the corporate sector
and many of you are working on ERP projects or have acquaintances
working on them, I request your help in gathering information for my
ERP research.

Please find attached an ERP Survey form on the Critical Success
Factors required for ERP Implementation/Upgrade Projects. You are
requested to kindly spare 15 minutes from your precious time and fill
in the survey. Please revert all filled in copies via email to
