Job Description
Education: B.E/ B.Tech in Electronic & Telecommunication
Experience: 6 to 12 years
Location: Delhi NCR
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Purpose of Position Pre Sales Manager is responsible for supporting sales team in:
1. Building high level Technical solutions
2. Identifying opportunities in new as well as existing accounts.
3. Technical presentation to existing as well as prospective customers.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Bid management for private & public telecom operators, Analysis of tender requirements.
2. Preparation of detailed bom definition ,technical compliances.
3. Support sales managers for Co-ordination, controlling of bid preparation progress as per kick off meetings and for receiving costs timely from internal depts.
4. Competitions solutions and strategies.
5. Participation in bid presentation & support Account / sales manager for negotiation with customer.
6. Maintain a first level relationship with customers/regional planning teams.
7. Consistency check of all ECI internal and external bid contributions. Comparison/ evaluation of Technical solution levels as per market conditions, competitor info in co-ordination with Account/ Sales Manager/ other account teams.
8. Organization of customer visits and program meeting with customer.
COMPETENCIES:
Technical knowledge on optical transmission networks for multi-service environments.
NG-SDH, L2 EOS & C/ DWDM network designing.
Working knowledge of Networks Management systems.
Knowledge on IP networking Routers , DSLAM and NGN solutions.
Presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
EXPERIENCE:
1. A total of experience of 6 years in optical networking (NG-SDH, C/ DWDM) with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Pre-sales activities.
2. Working experience on SDH, DWDM and Data networks with exposure to equipments from vendors.
3. Experience in analysis and preparation of customer specific business case and evaluation of competitor information and Market requirement.
4. Experience in customer account Management.
5. Experience in working/ coordinating with different teams internally for specific requirements.

1. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
2. Must be hardworking, highly motivated, result oriented and requiring minimum supervision
