STUDENT'S+PARENT'S VOICE AGAINST FEE INCREMENT

Dear Deepti mam,

This for your kind information that on 26th March'2014, we the ASCS students have gathered at AMITY sec-125, Noida and had a conversation with you and Sanjeev sir regarding the "UNCERTAIN INCREMENT IN FEES".

We had given our queries, demands for the same on paper. 

As per the conversation, you have asked either of You, Sanjeev sir,Manjit sir, Tishawar sir, to receive that letter.

Please notice that, even after your orders and conversation on phone with the mentioned names in front of us, that letter was refused to be received by all of them.

You have called me:(Aparna Sharma) on the same day and told me that you have already passed our demand of having Judgement to the management without accepting the letter and committed on phone that on 27th March'2014 around 10 a.m.

 I would like to state that all our queries and demands have not been received by you yet and want you to consider other points as well which we had mentioned on the letter which was not received.

As we all are indulged in some training and job, it is not possible for us to visit to the college on different days for each individual query.

Letter Dated: 26th March 2014 consist of following:

"1.We are not in a state of paying an uncertain increment in fee as, we have already paid fees for our academic session (2011-2014)

2.During admission, no information was provided to us regarding the case which was going on since 2010

3.According to RTI, we want original copy (for verification) with the photocopy of the judgement. Please Note: NO ABSTRACT COPY

4.During admission, defined fee structure by university(MTU/UPTU) was provided to us where clause or condition regarding such increment in fee was mentioned.

5. We want original copy of the undertaking(for verification) with the photocopy.

6.No such information provided to the Banks(provided/providing loans) for academic fee on the basis of defined fee-structure.

7. We want face to face conversation with the authoritative person/ mgmt people including the director (ASCS), HOD (ASCS) and Mrs.Bhawna (ASCS Faculty) all at once." 

Kindly, provide us the same.
