Dear All,

Please pass on this message to all your Friends.

On sunday (30th March'14), we had meeting at sec-44 and there were only few students, others were absent.

Let me make you all clear that now Amity is not going to help us out in the matter of "Uncertain fee increment". They have directly said that we have to pay the  fees.

Now, we have two options:

1. PAY THE FEES, OR

2. FILE THE CASE AGAINST THEM

Therefore, please let me know within a day your final decision, ask your parents also or any one you want to consult with. 28 students have already finalized there name for CASE FILE as they have gone through the judgement copy. Those who have not, please find the attachment for the judgement copy. 

Please consider following points:

IF YOU PAY THE FEES THEN:-

1. You have to be neutral, that is you may pay the fees and sit quietly and PLEASE THEN ATLEAST DON"T GO IN FAVOR OF AMITY OR IN AGAINST US.

2. If we win the case, you have to contribute with us for the fees to be paid to the Advocate. It will maximum be Rs.1500/- (estimation) because that favorable decision will be applicable to all.

3. If we win the case, then refunding of your paid fees is not our responsibility. For that you guys have to deal with this problem individually.


IF YOU FILE THE CASE:

1. Prepare yourself mentally strong.

2. You have to support financially max Rs 1500 (estimation)

3. One day will be fixed in order to have meeting with the ADVOCATE so that he can tell us ALL "what to do and what not to"

4. You guys have to PRESENT POSITIVELY ON THE DATE AND TIME GIVEN BY ADVOCATE FOR YOUR SIGNATURES ON AFFIDAVIT.

5. As per the consultants/ advocates: Your marks in project may get lesser but they(Amity) can not fail us.

6. As per the consultants/ advocates: Amity can not hold our marksheets and Degree because after filing the case, these matters will also go into the court with our case.

Last but not least, IF WE GUYS ARE IN MAJORITY AND UNITY THEN DEFINITELY WE WILL WIN AND NOTHING WILL GO WRONG WITH OUR CAREER.

As you all know very well that we had no information regarding this from the beginning and the undertaking which was signed was in 4th sem and doesn't contain any information about the case. You all know that it is a FRAUD and WRONG.

Choice is Really yours! Whether to Go with "Right" or "Wrong".
