Ajay insists on mentioning "Event is free of cost" in the posters which doesn't seems appropriate and is not needed as events being held by a club in Amity cannot ask for money for an event.
As told by Ajay, it was decided in a meeting held around a year ago when ALiAS started which I wasn't either a part or didn't remember deciding it, so it'll be good to re-discuss it here for the record.

All concerned members,
In my opinion, the phrase 'free of cost' should not be used on posters because rather than having a positive image in mind, people may think that if they are mentioning 'free of cost' particularly, they must be conducting 'paid' events as well. Since, all events are bound to be 'free of cost' in amity, this might affect the club's reputation.

Thanking you

I am sorry to come out that way, No, I don't insist on it. I care less about that.
However, I disagree with about removing it all of a sudden without discussion because it was mentioned in the MoM and event logistics.
I insist only on following the MoM instead of changing things all of a sudden.
If we don't, what's the point of holding the meetings and making MoM's anyway?

The clubs can, there are paid events[1] organised in amity.
Next time, i spot one on the notice board, i'll be sure to forward the information.

You sound very skeptic. "Event Logistics" doc[2] on the google drive also includes it.
Yes, yes you were a part of ALiAS in March 2017.
The change was made in the light of the fact that someone [sorry, don't remember who it was] was receiving calls before some event about how to submit the entry fees.
so it'll be good to re-discuss it here for the record.
