Having Introductory Session with many students can be time consuming but will promote a more informal environment (which is healthy in my opinion).

if you feel that talks are only one way communication like a speech, making an effort to make the talks more informal is encouraged by me.
Starting sessions with introductions might not be possible because:
(1) Limited time. We are allotted a place for event usually after 2 and people coming from Delhi expect events to be over by 5.
(2) Some folks are not interested, just present for OD, We can't filter them in anyway.
Although, I would like it more if we could fit in like a half an hour for the introductions, but the mentioned challenges stand.
As an experiment, I propose that in the next event (tomorrow) we ask the folks to give a quick introduction of themselves, but not asking everyone to do it, only the ones who actively wish to participate.

Yeah, as an EXPERIMENT, we should start this. Plus in this way, we can introduce an environment of meetups in college too.

Thursday is off after 2 so No Fake OD cases to be found.
We can relax on that but 5 is the max limit..
