Discussion with the New Members of the communities

I think we should start the discussion of what all needs to be discussed with the members of 2018 batch so that they can easily get how open-source communities work and don't take much time to get started.

- What is ALiAS
- Open-Source Communities
- Other Communities in NCR/Delhi
- First aid of programming world. (Google, Stackoverflow)
- Event Schedules
- IRC Channel
- Volunteering & Introduction to mailing list

This is what comes to my mind, kindly suggest more to list if needed.

A to-do list is a good idea, but everyone will have a different technology they would want to start from, we would need a list of technologies we would cover, i propose (Add more if needed):

A Welcome to ALiAS[1] doc, a resources[2] and a projects[3] doc is proposed, please review the same.
