We understand from BT that there will be a BT engineer on site tomorrow morning to sort out a router install/connection. On Wednesday, could one of the BSCL engineers make contact with Paul Barlow to discuss further commissioning of BT kit, we believe they are requesting Thursday/Friday this week. Could you confirm if the works are also progressing ok or any further issues with materials etc.

URGENT WPR0022359 – 42U cab and migration – 20th and 21st December
Just to advise Plan A is ok with Royal Mail. We will aim to get the Cab, plinth shelves and PDU’s to site for the 10th December on a pre-10am. Royal Mail team will install as required ready for OpenReach to complete their works on 19th. Attendance for BSCL engineers 20th and 21st confirmed ok (will raise the PO asap to cover and sort materials direct to you as soon as BOM finalised by presales) to complete the migration from existing 42U cab to the new 42U cab. Could you confirm these dates ok?
WRCC013864-1 – Cabling and AP – w/c 6th January??
Royal Mail ok for this large phase to commence from 6th January, if this can be accommodated by BSCL? Could you confirm if engineers can be booked out for this now and we will raise the PO when quotes fully prepared on our side. It looks from the BOM that this is planned for 18 days, with lifting equipment also required and a very large materials list. Will sort that as soon as BOM finalised on our side.

Colin Charles may be in contact this afternoon or later. Could you provisionally confirm 20/21st? I’ll raise the PO later today/Monday.
There has been a call raised for 15:30 this afternoon. Colin has suggested Plan A is we send the 42U cab, plinth and PDU’s direct to site, and ask Royal Mail engineering team to install the cab ready for OpenReach going in which is fixed for 19th December, with migration works taking place on 20th and 21st. All other cabling works (believe WRCC013864-1) to follow this, potentially first week of January.
I’ll take a load of notes from the meeting and forward them on to the back of this email trail.

Ok, have spoken with Nick about the requirement and the quote for the entire scope has now been returned to presales (12:57).
Unfortunately, I have tried, but we are extremely busy this side of Christmas we don’t have any resource available to cover on the requested dates, however we do have some guys possibly able to do this on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st if RM can accommodate?

We've had approval for the Cabinet and AP works at Gloucester MC. Switch info: rml-01643-c-01. Could you advise if you have available engineers and provisional dates of attendance? Note, this is expected by Royal Mail Group to commence 13th and 14th December, could you confirm if this can be achieved? I also understand survey completed recently, list of materials further below to be confirmed (taken from existing BOM), scope to be sent on when confirmed by RMG/presales.
The 'Scope of Works' is attached, along with the required completion documents; Cabinet Layout, Customer Acceptance Form (required on completion, signed by RMG contact). Please could you ensure suitable before and after photos are taken showing the completed works. Note: Where a cabinet installation is taking place, please ensure photos are taken clearly showing; cabinet layout showing all devices working and online (WITH cabinet door open), patch panel labelling is attached to the switch and the earthing cable has been attached.
