Still No Amiigo - Class action lawsuit?

I backed the product on 1/19/2013.  I still have yet to receive any product.  Indiegogo has not been helpful and Amiigo will not respond to my requests for proof of shipment.  How many are in a similar situation? 

I am hoping we can get a group together for a class action lawsuit.  Anyone here an attorney?

I backed them in 2012. Got my units almost 3 years later. One is definitely defective cant connect to server; Analyzing loops in multiple days HOME screens just spinning; and no steps tracking throughout the day). The other devices (mine) are not impressive to me at all.

If someone does lawyer up a class action, post it here ;) If only to stop these folks from crowd funding any other projects (shiny objects that we gravitate to) *sigh*

Based on the comments from Indiegogo and how many backers have not received their perk, what did you expect?  I have not "whined".  I have stated facts and have emailed Scott's address as well requesting a refund.  Guess what?  No response.  This isn't crowd funding...it is scam funding.

After many months of being told that the perk shipped (multiple times), never receiving the perk, asking for a tracking number months ago...I received a tracking number tonight. Thank you Amiigo for finally responding and resolving this.

A class action could easily fall under two categories here against AMIIGO:

1. False and Misleading Advertising

2. Defective Products

I recently, found at the BBB website that 23 complaints were filed on May 18th (now it's up to 26). Oddly, enough back on the 18th of May their rating on that site was an F. It visiting the BB today there is no longer a rating and the COMPLAINTS are now buried in nested pages?!

It's weird also that all the 2015 complaint have been removed?

Nevertheless, I do believe it is time for a class action lawsuit against AMIIGO.
