The tear on the holes that I push the wristbands latch thru is almost completely torn thru now. I latch the last two holes of the wristband.

Because it is soft rubber it catches on everything:
  • Shirt sleeves.
  • Jacket sleeves.
  • Bed sheets.
  • Workout gloves...
and because it over laps the "perforated" wristband end to secure; that exposed raise of the latch - when pulled ever so slightly - will come undone and your wristband will fall off your wrist.

It is however, comfortable on my wrist throughout the day.

QUESTION: How does one go about ordering replacement bands? I have emailed amiigo. I have used the feedback form even - posing the same question? Is this really a company with a future or just a bunch of folks trying not to get sued and when they've fulfilled obligations will behave exacly as they are now. Unresponsive, Unprofessional, Non-existent.

For defects, Dsc...@amiigo.co.  They will be offering a band purchase and old version trade in program after pre-orders have gone out

Do you work for Dave Scott?

Trade in? Purchase?
  • For product that was incorrectly sent? I ordered a Medium wristband and was shipped a small..
  • For ripped wristbands (made out of soft rubber)?
    • Can't resell broken product
Real companies just send a replacement. No trade in (but of course with an RMA I'd be happy to return if he ever returned my emails) or re-purchase necessary.

Huh?  Dude, you're proving left and right that you don't really know what you're talking about.  This "beta" is just for new features not yet released...

Ugh never said I was, and yes he's fully aware of my attempts to provide information on Amiigo. The "beta" term was my own. It's access to the Dev server to test coming features. You think others don't do that?
