[BUG REPORT] Battery Life (Percentage)

Android App OS Version: 1.4.1 (131)
My amiigo units never show 100% full when fully charged. Either of them. Ever. Sometimes one gets "stuck" on a percentage until I have to reset them to get them pseudo "non-working" again.
They one minute show one percentage say 51% then minutes later upon checking in MY DEVICES will show an entirely different % amount.
The app/devices are very unreliable. You can't trust the numbers at all. Never know where you're at in terms of battery life left?!
The communication from the company is:
1-2% of devices from this most recent push have had issues with battery reliability right out of the gates. This is a result of 3.5 metric tons of force being applied to the electronics during the final step of the assembly process, the overmolding process. While the inside of the sensor housing is reinforced with an extremely durable potting material, the battery and sensors, in some cases, can degrade in both capacity and reliability. Many of these devices are filtered out in the QA process, and we’ve been quick to replace any existing devices that do not function properly.
^ This was in MAY of 2014.
I received mine in November 2014 & January 2015. Both batteries exhibit these defective symptoms.
No one has returned my emails for replacement. The company just does not care... it has our money now wants us to go away...
