Main Menu | HOME

The HOME Screen (home.png):
  • Top Left Corner: 3 horizontal bars take you back to the Main Menu (you can also swipe right)
  • Top Right Corner: Heart/Pulse Icon
    • BIOSTATS (Shows only for that day. Uses SLEEP/WORKOUT/Timeline data to compile report. Will only show CALORIES BURN RATE if SLEEP data failed to Upload/Sync - see this post for details; and/or Workout data failed to Upload/Sync).

  • Swiping right from any HOME Screen/Timeline, brings you back to Main Menu
  • Swipe down from the HOME screen performs a manual SYNC with devices updating the app. You can set up Auto Sync under My Devices (has a negative impact on your phones battery).
    • DAY/DATE - Angle brackets [ < , > ] bring you forward and back thru the months/days to their Home Screens/Timelines. Going back to the Main Menu anywhere from a Home screen for a particular day (swipe right); will bring you back to the "Today" Home Screen (home.png).

    • TODAY - The current days activity Timeline will show last update time

    • YESTERDAY - and further back will just show compiled/completed ACTIVITY TIMELINE
      • yes_tl.png (Note: in this screenshot, the WORKOUT failed to Upload/Sync and the WALKING before the WORKOUT in yesterdays timeline is caught in an "Analyzing..." loop)
    • The 4 Circular Goals are not actionable.

    • ACTIVITY TIMELINE - This is where all your activities: SLEEP; WALKING; WORKOUT are displayed.

    • SLEEP - When it's working, this displays your sleep info

    • WALKING - Steps a tracked in 10 minute intervals hourly (6 ticks (bars) = 1 hour)

    • WORKOUT
      • hm_wo.png - Green dots far left, indicate you have not viewed/edited the activity.
      • You can drill down into the activity by either tapping the Timeline (hm_wo.png ) or Graph (hm_wo_bars.png) at the top of the screen. Tapping on the graph to drill down into the activity, still keeps the green dot next to the activity in the Timeline.
        • Here you can change the name of a Resistance activity (hm_act.png); by tapping edit in the upper right corner of the screen (hm_edit.png)
        • You can also add the Resistance (weight) used by tapping +add
