Clinton says that an international investigation showed evidence that the torpedo fired came from a North Korean submarine. The torpedo cut the boat in half and it sank three hours later, killing 46 South Korean sailors on board. As a result of the overwhelming evidence, Clinton stated that there would no longer be business as usual in dealing with the country that made the attack. North Korea, says Clinton, must face the consequences of its actions. Those consequences have not yet been fully detailed.
