It's hard to believe, but 20 years ago today, Sister Alegria and I got on a bus in Portland, Oregon, and headed south to found Amigas del Señor Monastery in
Limón, Colón, Honduras!

To celebrate, we recorded a song for you! "En la casa de Dios" is a song we wrote based on numerous verses from the psalms about the joy of living in God's house. It's in Spanish, though we've also got a version in English. (Let me know if you'd like the sheet music.) You might recognize the tune "Holy Manna," which has been used for various hymns throughout the years.
I want to add subtitles and pictures from throughout the years, but haven't managed to yet.
