[Amigas del Señor]

Sister Confianza has gone more than two weeks without long COVID symptoms.  We are very grateful.  This is pretty important because last week her permaculture course began. She is expected to put in 15 hours a week on it.

Sister Confianza's smasherd finger is healing well--range of motion, swelling,  tenderness all improving.  One side of the finger is still numb.  Time will tell on that.

I had a urinary tract infection last week and am now back to my usual baseline function.
