I wrote a nice update on the computer the other day telling about my health challenges and the needs of Centro de Salud. However, now the computer charger is not working and I can't turn the computer back on to send the email.

The short of it is, please send money if you are able, to help us and our neighbors. (Scroll to the end to find ways to send money.)

I am getting lab and heart tests done related to the long COVID symptoms I have (easily tired chest, primarily), and added up they cost over $800.

At the public health clinic, the lab needs a bigger AC unit for its new space. A local savings club has donated part of the cost, but they still need $350 more.

These are the most immediate needs.  Also coming up are $2,500 in lawyer and other fees to get my name changed on my Honduran ID, as well as $1,000 for a new computer for the monastery. (No, we don't want another refurbished one.) All this besides our regular cost of living, which is about $1,500 per month. Oh, and I haven't mentioned the $600 to finish the new fence and gate installation where we live.

We are extremely grateful for each one of you that has sent money in the past, even though we don't always send an individual thank you note.  You keep us going and allow us to support needs in the community. 

We thank God for all of you, whether you send money, prayers, or good wishes our way. You make a difference!
