Notes from Sister Confianza:
-Food and Groceries includes firewood and 1/3 of our housekeeper Lorany's wages.
-In January, two of Lorany's kids helped a lot with the permaculture project, for a small wage.  That is now lumped into Agroforestry. Since school started in February, they only help on occasional Saturdays.  We hired William to do some help with cleaning and upkeep as well during this quarter.
-Immigration fees are related to our efforts to get a visa for Annette in Haiti.
-I am trying to get the name on my Honduran ID card to match the 2024 Name Change on my US Passport.  That involves some hefty lawyer fees.
-The motherhouse Construction was completed in February, although Don Tino continues to finish details like putting shelves in the kitchen, and rebuilding our double bunk bed.
-Last year, a supporter raised money to help get the perimeter fence replaced on the large lot where we live in Limón.  It is owned by Comunión H, a local nonprofit that helps needy kids.  Most of the Alms went toward the fence this quarter.
-The Chicken & Egg expenses and income are primarily from the corn and feed we buy bulk and sell retail.  One of our three hens was killed by a possum in January, so we haven't had many eggs to eat, much less sell.
-Program Fees is a category we haven't seen in a while.  We ask short-term sojourners & students to help offset their cost of living for their time with us.  Lise paid in March for her one month stay in April-May.

Thanks again for all the donations that make our life and work possible! If you would like to continue to support us financially, please find instructions below on how to send money.

Bendiciones,
