Depending on your workbench version, you can use crossdos and read 720kb
floppies. If I don't miss remeber it totally, WB2+ has had this.

Well there's several ways, but first what version of Amiga workbench do
you have? If you have WB 2.1 or higher, then CrossDos comes natively
supplied and all you have to do is click on the PC0 icon that you will
find on one of your workbench disks and you will be able to read 720k PC
formatted floppies. In order to do this on your PC, you need to cover the
second hole on a standard HD floppy (the one without the slider) with
tape and then format it. Then copy your files to it and pop it into your
Amiga and you're all set.

OTOH, if you only have a 1.3 Amiga then unless you still have your
original WB 1.3 workbench install floppies you're SOL. If you do have them
you should have Amiga Basic on one of them and you're partially in
business.

You can find out how to do this here,

http://amiga.nvg.org/warlock/wartrans/

or

http://homepage.uibk.ac.at/homepage/c725/c72578/amiga/adfsenderterminal/methods.html

But the only problem I'm not sure of is if PC2Amiga will work on a 1.3
Amiga in the first place. In which case you'll have to transfer the entire
.adf or DMS files via as instructed in the above link, or just get
MessyDos from Aminet and transfer that, then you'll be able to read 720k
PC floppies on your 1.3 Amiga.
