Hi,
I bought recently a AD515 SoundCard and when I tryed to record something I
noticed a problem with the Left Channel, as soon that I connect the left channel
on my pre-amplifier there is some noise even if the amplifier is OFF.
You can see the result at:

You'll notice the extra noise on the left channel (Top).
The noise seems to appear as soon that the left input is connected to something
without regard if it's on or off.
Any help will be appreciate.

I have an AD516 and I have not seen this problem.
Maybe your cable is bad. Try switching left and right channel to see
if the problem also switches channels. If it does you have a bad
cable, if it doesn't your AD516 might be bad.
