Пытаюсь запустить плагин с Amibroker.
32bit - Amibroker падает при старте.
64bit - Amibroker не видит плагин.
Amibroker - 32bit, WIndows 7 - 64 bit.

Плагин скомпилирован для AmiBroker x86 (можно на Windows x64). Почему падает при старте.. может .NET 4.5 не установлен.. можно посмотреть в журнале ошибок, какое сообщение об ошибке если есть.
