I am looking for a solution to retrieve the list of stocks in amibroker database using configure button and also add new stocks into the same database from external source.

Any solutions?

convert to ascii for import and export of symbols and using the analyst to parse the lists of symbols for export.

I think you have not understood the question. There is no analyst in this project.

The analysts is the one used by Amibroker.  If it can’t be run from scripts than code everything from scripts.  There are scripts out there that will help get you started with

the export http://www.inditraders.com/amibroker/1091-export-data-amibroker-ascii-files.html the script can be run from a batch file.  As for the ascii import you may have to use the Amibroker ascii import tool.
