All,

Great to see many of you at the Amherst+Tech Jelly today! Thanks for coming to keep me company. It's been a lonely place with the rest of my team now in Boston.

As many of you heard me advertise, I am looking for folks to share the office space with me. I have the back office as well as the four work stations up front for rent.

Amenities:

- Full kitchen with cold beer and salad dressing always in the fridge

- Bathroom with shower (?!)

- Shared conference room space that seats 8+

- Free wifi and utilities

- Awesome beer garden space out back for change of scenery or socializing after a hard day of work

- Walking distance to High Horse for some more Lady K

- A beautiful view of Town Hall and the Common

- Hip coworkers (at least one!)

- A key for 24-hour access

What's not part of the package:

- The land line

- The address

- A formal lease

Pricing:

- Private office (approx 10' x 12') with two desks and two chairs - $350/month

- Work stations (desk and chair) - $150/month

Hey all,

Last call here on my Amherst office. I'm about to give notice to my landlord to give up the space. I have a few bites but haven't secured any interest.

Taking a last shot at this group for leads on folks to share this kick-ass Amherst office space with me. In any case, would love to organize another happy hour before the beer garden is no more!
