Hello Bud,

I appreciate your proposal. Let me check on the possibilities.   The vintage Christmas party will be a lunch this year on Tuesday, November 27.   We are trying something a little different from previous years.  It was announced at the recent potluck sing along and hopefully you may have seen notice of it in the recent Vintage newsletter sent out on October 5.

A couple of quick questions:

For clarity, when you refer to your quartet, is that a group of four or is it the larger ensemble that has song before?

Would the group be able to lead everyone in some Christmas carols or is it just a performance based group?

Thanks Bud.

Blessings.

Steve: My barbershop quartet would like to sign at an upcoming Vintage event.  Is it possible for us to do this at the Christmas Vintage event?

Have you set a date for the Vintage Christmas party yet?  We have lots of Christmas songs that we perform. From traditional to contemporary.

Thanks for your support.

Hi Bud,

I appreciate you getting back to me.  Would you be able to send to Alison (copied here) a list of 10 Christmas carols and/or Christmas contemporary songs.   Feel free to order them according to what you like best but we'll reserve the option to select the songs if that's OK with you!!   Based on this, we'll be able to review and make a decision.

Thanks very much.

Good morning Steve.

I apologize for taking so long to get back to you.

There are now four of us.

We sing most all of the traditional Christmas carols.  We can lead the group and also sing in four part harmony.

I hope this helps.

Bud

Hi Bud! I am not sure if we had closed the loop on this yet, but in case not -- we'd love to have your group sing for the Vintage Christmas lunch coming up on Tuesday, Nov. 27th. This next week I will take a closer look at your list of songs and get back to you with our thoughts.

Thanks so much!

Hi Bud!
Steve asked me to check back in with you regarding your offer to perform at the Vintage Christmas lunch on Nov. 27. We are excited to see what songs your group may be comfortable performing for us. Would you be able to send us the names of some of those songs you think you'd be able to or would like to do? Once we have that, we'll be able to get back to you ASAP with a decision on your kind offer.

Thanks so much!
