The cheese shop is seriously out of date, at least according to PIP:

$ pip search amfast
AmFast                    - Flash remoting framework. <snip>
  INSTALLED: 0.5.2
  LATEST:    0.5.2-r532

Browsing the source tree I see that r532 was committed on Oct 23, 2010, and that the latest repo version is r542.

Can the cheese shop be updated, or is it best to just download the source?  PyPI+pip is just so darn convenient, though, especially with the automatic extension building.

I agree a new version needs to be released soon.

In the mean time, you can install directly from svn with pip:

pip install svn+http://amfast.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

I didn't know that... thanks.

Great library, by the way.  Nice work.
