While onsite employment remained stagnant this year, 2010 broke
records for online work adoption as Elance passed the significant
milestone of more than 1 million online jobs posted since 2006. With a
current run rate of 400,000 jobs posted annually, this trend shows no
sign of slowing down. Online workers are now earning more than
$100 million a year on Elance. With the U.S. economy beginning to show
signs of a possible tum around (finally), 2011 will be a banner year
for small businesses and Intemet startups. More businesses than ever
will begin reaping the benefits of flexibly hiring and managing online
employees while keeping overhead costs in check.

What do you think of this site I made on Yola.com for the Herzog Library which I work in?

I am almost ready to publicize it to the library members but just wanted some feedback.
I still plan to get a .com.au domain for it.

There is a way to add keywords on the site for each page. For this website I do not need SEO it as it is just for the library members and local frum community.
