AMF 4.10

Hi people,

today is available in the usual place the new version of AMF the 4.10. 

In this version:

• Add AMFDownloadParam ( AMFDownloadParamURL is depracated)
  
• Add AMF_DEVICE_IS_TV for detect smart tv (for AMFLiteDetectionFilter)
  
• More optimization of download AMF repository

…and I put the corresponding Ubuntu packages (for Ubuntu Precise/Trusty/Vivid/Wily/Xenial) in the usual place.  If you have an earlier version of the package, an apt upgrade should suffice.  If not, install it via

apt-add-repository ppa:pakin/other

apt update

apt install libapache2-apachemobilefilter-perl

P.S.  @Idel: My previous comments still hold:

1. The AMF download link on http://www.apachemobilefilter.org/download/ still points to AMF 4.06.
2. The README file hasn't yet updated the copyright date to 2016.  (Incidentally, you can write just "Copyright 2009-2016"; you don't need to spell out "Copyright 2009-2010-2011-2012-2013-2014-2015-2016".)
