Maintenance fees

Dear AT R ,

since year 2011 we started collected the maintenance fees , I can say most or more 90% residents pay the maintenance fees except those houses nobody stay. Thanks for all cooperation we are can maintain to pay security fees  ， gardener, electricity and water bill for guard house and also other expenses, like upgrade access card system , fencing at behind row 4, now we are planning to put lightat behind row 1 & 4 to brighten our area , we need spend nearly RM 10 - 15K for wiring, LED light and installation. This extra expenses by our slowly collection accumulate . Everymonth we are just have a little balance RM 1000 plus . But now we have a degil person like AT 79 refuse to pay maintenance fees because of Rotiman case. I hope all residents understand why I want impose penalty RM 50 for those card had been blocked and when reactivated. If every residents cooperate and pay ontime or advance by pay 6 months and get free 1 month , you all area save and myself also easily to record and no need to spend a lot of time to ask , chase , send whatsapp, send email to ask for the maintennace fees. I am also volunteer to do the job, I am not getting a cent from Ametis to do the job. I am also didn't have much free time to do . I was angry sometimes because of this small things.
