Dear AT R,

start from today 1/11/2014, for those access card had been blocked ( outstanding maintenance fees more than 3 months ) , we will charge RM 50 for reactivate the access card, no more excute I will give. Please keep in mind and remember pay maintenance fees on time , or pay advance 6 months to get 1 month free.
