Dear Ametis Residents,
Ametis Terraces Residents Association (ATRA) was formed since May 2010 when we took over from the developer and is dedicated to building a sense of community, helping to create and maintain a safe & pleasant environment. Furthermore your contribution for the maintenance fee entrusted to us be managed properly and at all times be transparent to our residents. Committee members have pledged their voluntary time and effort in making a system to run this community and it is time that we asked for a change in the Executive committee positions.
In fact we have set in our resolution that the executive committee has to replace every three (3) term and it is time to see new faces taking up these roles especially as Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. We believe a change is needed and it is fair for other capable residents to contribute and improve further in ATRA. Holding on too long to these positions will surely be unhealthy and less effective.
Therefore, we urge you to come forward to take up these positions and not just confined to as a bystander in this community, but to be a volunteer to help out in this community you live in. We do not want to resort to engaging a management company to run our Taman if we only think of ourselves and only play a role as a bystander. As it is, we are all in a big family and we will work out what is best as a team.
Please contact me or Azlan (hse 58), Kian or Chuah and have a dialog with us to see which position or role you can take responsible and we will still be your backup for support. Do not think of any role that is too big to handle, but to pledge your time and services to Ametis Terraces.
