Treasurer

Dear AT R ,

I have the responsibility to explain , I think recently I was out from the committee as treasurer, it is without inform me who will take over the job of treasurer, I had been asked Secretary few times , but look very secret don't let me know until last Sunday meeting the chairman was appointed Ms.Tan to take over the job, and I was not attend the meeting because outstation . It is against the ROS rules , the treasurer is elected  by our AGM , and it is not want to change the post as what Chairman like . I don't mind and I had mentioned before I want to quit as treasurer , but need follow the procedure . 

If all the residents agreed the new treasurer to take over the responsibility , I can pass over the documents to her , but I will not responsibility . I need clarify all the points .

Please get the latest account until 30/11/2015 , which I had received another maintenance fees yesterday and added , and also bought receipt book ( RM 24.50 / 10 booklets ) , the new treasurer need to pay me back the money .( -ve petty cash ) .
