Dear Mr.Tan,
Noted that you have constructed a drain near to the backyard of Ametis houses but regret to note that the high wall of the drain(which is higher than the hill slope) facing the Ametis houses is an eyesore even though you have plastered it cause green fungus or mold will be formed in years to come. Some of the wooden planks which are being fixed to the side drain wall during the cement layering stage are also not properly removed and the remaining wooden planks(bits and pieces) are creating an eyesore too at our end.
The hill slope was also excavated during the construction of this drain leaving a gaping hole between the hill slope and the drain wall. This gaping hole can collect water during heavy downpour and will be a good breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes! Are you going to rectify it also before you put up the anti-climb fence?
I would suggest that you reconstruct the hillslope to meet up with the high drain wall so that it will create a better landscaping for both the Ametis & Foreston housing project, otherwise the high drain wall will remain perpetually as an eyesore for Ametis residence.
There are a lot of construction waste left by your workers during the construction of this drain at the hill slope and would appreciate if you could get your workers to clear it before you put up the anti-climb fence. I was informed by Lester that a door will be installed at the anti-climb fencing to facilitate this activity and for grass maintenance in the future but it will be much easier for your workers to clear the construction waste before the anti climbing fence is up,right?
Your immediate attention and prompt reply to my concerns would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Jason
