Ametis Terraces Security Data Update Exercise (1 - 30 September 2016)

Dear Residents,

It was brought to my attention that not all residents are in the Ametis Terraces chat group, as such you might not be aware of the current ongoing exercise stated above.

For the past years we've had residents and more so tenants come and go. This exercise hopes to update the database to make it more current and in the process improve security.

What you need to do as a resident;

1. Get a copy of the access card update form (from the guard house)

2. Complete it and return it to the guard on duty

3. Log it in the log book provided (at the guard house) and get the guard on duty to sign against your entry as proof of receipt

Please be informed that by the end of this exercise, all serial numbers not listed in the data update form will be deemed as no longer residents or tenants of Ametis Terraces, and will be removed from the system. Meaning that these unlisted cards will no longer be active. 

Please ensure that all security access cards in your possession are listed in the data update form, including;

• All house owners renting their unit/s (please ensure that all cards in your possession and tenants' possession are listed).
• Residents where family/friends' are in the possession of the security access cards but are not residents.

Appreciate if all communications regarding this exercise are made via message (SMS or WhatsApp).

I am CK Phua owner of AT67. attached duly filled access card update form. Sorry couldn't hand to Ametis guard as i am working in Kuantan. 

Please take note that i have 4 cards in my possession including two with my existing tenant. AHve been many years i have not visit my unit and i dont really remember if all these cards belongs to my unit AT67. do let me know the status of these cards.

Hi Vernon,

Sorry for my late response, i have submitted the form with serial number and you said the number provided is not valid, thats only number i can see it on my access card, pls find attached, pls tell me what is the serial number you wanted?
