Hello for some reason I have both anaconda3 and miniconda3. So when I went through the instructions in the Ames Stereo Pipeline Documentation, Release 3.0.0 document page 10 i had to put  "export ISISROOT=$HOME/opt/anaconda3/envs/asp" not "export ISISROOT=$HOME/miniconda3/envs/asp". This appears to work fine for the rest of the instructions. Such as "which stereo" returns: "/opt/anaconda3/envs/asp/bin/stereo". However, when I enter "conda env create -f asp_3.0.0_osx_env.yaml" returns this error:
      "EnvironmentFileNotFound: '/Users/joshuawilliams/asp_3.0.0_osx_env.yaml' file not found"
What am I missing here? Any help would be very appreciated! Thank you!

say to use:

conda install stereo-pipeline==3.0.0

(but don't miss the steps before that, per that doc).

If you want to use:

conda env create -f asp_3.0.0_osx_env.yaml

then you have to fetch this from the Stereo Pipeline GitHub repo, as the text right before that says. But this is not recommended in a first pass, as that's the fallback instructions. The earlier command should work for you.
