ASP DEM Outputs Using ASTER

I am using ASTER L1A data to make a DEM, but my final outputs (run-DEM.tif) generally look like this

 

I have used the exact code from the ASTER section of the ASP 2.7.0 documentation, so I am not sure where I am going wrong? The only thing that I can think of is that before doing stereo processing, I moved the aster2asp output data to a folder without L1A data.

Also, is my issue at all related to this post?

Anyway, any suggestions on how to fix the issue is appreciated.

Maybe you can try to use, as in the doc at

https://stereopipeline.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples.html#aster-images

the example there, which is AST_L1A_00307182000191236_20160404141337_21031. And then you can compare your inputs with those inputs, including the metadata, and also the outputs of your example and that example.

My best guess is that your input is not as ASP is expecting it.
