Hi again,

Also, I was wondering if it's possibl to jitter_solve a single image for the case where I have very good and dense GCPs.

Since jitter_solve is similar to bundle_adjust, and the latter it is possible to solve for a single camera with GCPs, in theory it should be possible to jitter_solve a single image too.

It would be super handy....

I checked that with the latest code a single image with GCP is accepted for jitter_solve, but it asks for --match-files-prefix to be set. I removed the latter requirement now. With your own build, you can just try setting --match-files-prefix to something for it to continue, and I hope it will work.
