error on WSL

Hi,

I´m trying pipeline in Windows subsystem linux machine (WSL). 
So far seems to be almost well configure (for example I could did the LRO examples fine)

But when I tried hiedr2mosaic, things start to fail.
hi2isis runs fine and *.cub files are out

but with hical an error pops up:

**USER ERROR** Failed in prepping phase.
**ERROR** No existing files found with a numerial version matching [hical.????.conf] in [E:ISISDATA/mro/calibration].

I tried with in case it was a problem reading the dates:

export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

export LANG=en_US.UTF-8

export LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8

 but did not work either.  

Any suggestion?

This kind of error may show that ISIS could not find its data. You say it works for LRO. This one is MRO. Did you fetch the MRO data? Can you look in your E:ISISDATA/mro/calibration directory and see if you have in there the files starting with 'hical'? This is what your error message refers to.

In your case, I think you should not use the --exclude='kernels' flag, because apparently the kernels are needed. 

(Regarding export LC_ALL=, that one is hopefully no longer necessary with the latest build from https://github.com/NeoGeographyToolkit/StereoPipeline/releases)

The resolution here was to set in WSL the ISISDATA path as  /mnt/e/path/to/isisdata rather than E:path/to/isisdata.
