Hello,

I'm having trouble installing ASP 3.6.0 on my Intel Mac using Conda. I keep hitting a ClobberError and CondaVerificationError (see log below). I’ve already tried a fresh Miniconda install, but the error keeps coming back at the very end of the installation. Is this a known issue? Any advice would be very appreciated!

Thank you!

Lucia

You can try to delete the offending package starting with $HOME/miniconda3/pkgs/qt-main then follow from the beginning the instructions at

In particular one should verify the order of channels with conda config --show channels, and to set conda config --set channel_priority flexible.

If no luck, try to install with conda install --force, and/or first do conda clean --all conda update --all.

If still no luck, can install ISIS only with conda, then extract ASP separately from a tarball as mentioned at the install page.
