Issue tracking and documentation

Is there any issue tracking or wiki documentation for editors? I see the Bug Tracker link in the website footer (which is a 404 by the way) and the GitHub repositories, https://github.com/AmericanWhitewater. There's a wiki on the main repository, https://github.com/AmericanWhitewater/wh2o-vue/wiki, although it seems developer-oriented.

While I'm not an expert on either, I use both at my place of work and they are invaluable. If there is a way to set up an issue tracker for the UI and a wiki for how to do things, I think it would be much better than emailing questions to the list or searching the Google group.
