Helping with adding gauges - Utah and Idaho

Is it possible to help with adding a live gauge to a river page? Pacificorp has reliably reporting gauges for the Black Canyon of the Bear and Scrambled Eggs Bend here in Utah. It seems like it would be straightforward to scrape these regularly and use that flow for the live site gauge. 
I would be will to help if I can get some idea of what capabilities the website fetch has and how I could contribute.
It might also be possible to build a virtual gauge for the Provo through Bridal Veil, but I worry that solution might be more brittle.
